The solar-assisted railroad-based wind farm aka Railroad Windfarm was invented in 2019. The invention became patent pending with a Provisional Patent Application filed on 11-6-2020. The Railroad Windfarm, LLC was incorporated on 04/23/2020. Intellectual property rights for the pending patent were assigned to the Railroad Windfarm, LLC on 5/13/2020. A Regular Patent Application was filed on 11-5-2020. The Patent and Trademark Office issued the patent on 4/16/2024.

The goal is to sell the Railroad Windfarm, LLC. The asking price is minimal compared to the many billions the patented technology will generate. The turnkey company includes intellectual property and this website. Consultation for six months is included. The significant expense of obtaining the patent was borne by the company founder.

 

Whether owned publicly or privately the technology will be a player in the lower carbon economy of the future. Markets in excess of USD 1.1 trillion make it virtually impossible to predict where the initial investments will be made to begin development.
